Formally trained in the field of environmental management and working with a multitude of musical acts in artist promotions and event management, Ben combined these two passions to develop environmental management systems for events which culminated in the launching of October Sun in 2005. Ben has been instrumental in delivering these services to clients for over 10 years.

Sue is a multi-skilled consultant working in the arts and cultural industries for over 20 years. She has high-level experience in directing and producing programs, festivals and events including project management, production management and logistics.
Working as Director/Producer of Newtown Festival (15 years), Surry Hills Festival (6 years) and Event Manager/ Programmer for Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, (6 years), Sue has been instrumental in developing, implementing and managing highly innovative and successful projects.
She is also highly skilled in community engagement, managing stakeholder relationships, supporting, mentoring and leading staff and volunteers, project management and financial planning. She always delivers programs/festivals on time and within budget.
Creating inspiring, safe, accessible, welcoming, sustainable and well managed festivals and events are high priority considerations in all the projects Sue manages.
An extremely personable, bright, highly motivated and communicative professional with 20 years of experience in event management, community events, festivals and street fairs.
Capabilities include event operations and logistics, media management, sponsorship selection and management, stakeholder management, corporate hospitality, conferences, catering, recruitment, procurement, product launches, sales, marketing and promotions.
